Return Policy

Completed Orders: Because our items are produced as they are ordered, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

Returns/Exchanges: Returns and exchanges will only be processed in the event of defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during transit.

Damaged Items: Should your order suffer damage during transit, please inform us within 5 business days; we will work with you to get a replacement out as soon as possible.

Defective Items: Defective products must be returned and undergo thorough inspection for replacement validation. Replacements will match the original design unless otherwise advisable. Products are not eligible if damage results from normal wear or common discoloring.
