How long will my order take?

The items on our website are produced on-demand. Once an order is placed, the product will usually be completed within 4 business days. If there are delays beyond that we will be in contact with you. We provide free, standard shipping on all orders and domestic shipments typically arrive within 2-8 business days post-shipment.

A Note about the Holidays: Starting November 15th it is likely that production will extend beyond the usual timeline. We will update our expected production times as they become available. We appreciate your understanding and patience

 

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and an additional email when your order is shipped.

 

Can I order outside of the US?

We currently only sell and ship domestically but will be adding international options as soon as we can. Please check back!

 

Can I cancel my order?

Because our items are produced as they are ordered, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

 

Can I get a refund or exchange my item?

Unless the item is damaged or defective we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

 

What if my item is damaged in transit?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inform us within 5 business days and we will get you a replacement as soon as possible.

 

What if my item is defective?

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days and we will work with you to get it exchanged as soon as we can. Defective products undergo thorough inspection for replacement validation. Replacements will match the original design unless otherwise advisable. Products are not eligible if damage results from normal wear or common discoloring.
